Vibe Check is a youth exchange which aims to equip participants with the knowledge to lead a fulfilling life with wellbeing in the focus
This training will take you to the Paiva River in Arouca, Portugal - a region recognized by UNESCO as part of the Arouca Geopark. Over five activity days, you will learn the fundamentals of rafting safety and emergency response, equipment usage, how to handle model situations on water, and the specifics of rafting in Portugal. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you will build skills, confidence, and team spirit on the river.
