Fit For Future is all about non-formal learning—expect hands-on experiences, real conversations, and a supportive space where you can learn by doing. Whether you’re on the field, in a circle, or sharing your story, every moment is designed to help you build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself and others.

Activity Schedule

  • 21st May: Arrival Day

This day is dedicated to traveling. We will buy all of the tickets for all the selected participants! See more details about the traveling at the end of this infopack. We are expected to arrive at the accommodation in the evening.

  • 22-23rd May: Teambuilding and connection

We will focus on team-building activities to help everyone get to know each other better, and through topic-related fun games and interactive sessions, we will create a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, setting the stage for a productive and enjoyable program.

  • 24-30th Exploring the connection between sport, mental health, and wellbeing

Over the course of these seven days, we’ll dive into the powerful relationship between physical activity, mental health, and overall wellbeing.

Participants will take part in hands-on activities, movement-based sessions, and team challenges designed to highlight how staying active can boost mood, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. Together, we’ll explore topics like mental fitness, mindfulness, emotional regulation, self-care, and the role of sport in building confidence and community.

Through a mix of practical workshops and reflective exercises, we’ll discover how to take care of both body and mind—learning valuable tools to carry into everyday life. Get ready for a week full of connection, growth, movement, and motivation!

  • 31st May: Reflection and celebration

We will wrap up the project by outlining future dissemination activities, like reflecting on our experiences, and assessing the program’s impact. We will distribute Youthpass certificates and celebrate the achievements and memories made throughout the exchange with a closing ceremony.

The following day 1st of June is again reserved for travel.

Location and Venue

Chata Pod Lipami is a cozy, rustic chalet nestled in the picturesque town of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, surrounded by the beautiful Krkonoše Mountains. Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, housing 4-6 individuals, with room assignments based on international diversity and separated by gender.

Each participant will be served three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Participants’ dietary preferences should be provided during the application process, to ensure meals are prepared accordingly.

Participant Profile

  • Resident or citizen of one of these countries: Czechia, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia.

  • Aged between 18 and 24 years old (indicative numbers, not exclusive).

  • Shows enthusiasm for sports and is open-minded about mental health and overall well-being

  • Ready to be involved with a local community from a different culture.

  • Open-minded, active, and disposed to help and contribute to the activity.

  • Available to attend the whole program duration and put effort into all the sessions.

  • Committed to sharing the project and its results with other groups of young people.

  • Not currently receiving any European Union funding (e.g., participating in an Erasmus university exchange program).

Selection Criteria

We are looking for participants who meet the specified criteria, with an emphasis on maintaining gender balance within the group. Prior experience in the field of visual arts is not required – Erasmus is all about learning! However, we welcome participants with art expertise who can lead sessions and support less experienced peers in their learning journey.

Motivation is key to being selected, so apply as soon as possible, as the selection process is ongoing and spaces per national group are limited. You can expect to be informed about your selection status via email once the applications are closed. Participants who demonstrate a willingness to contribute beyond the minimum expectations have a much greater chance of selection. Contribution goes beyond basic tasks like cleaning up after yourself or attending sessions on time. It means showing initiative, helping others without being asked, bringing positive energy, assuming responsibilities like taking care of your national team, sharing your ideas and skills with the group, or being willing to prepare or hold a session if needed.
